Sunny Shivraj has been singing in school and community events since 1985. He was selected by North Zone Culture Centre, Patiala in 1990 and has participated in singing competitions all over India. He enjoys singing for family and other privately organized events. The renown television station, Doordarshan Kendra Jalandhar has produced many of Sunny’s songs for television, some of which are:

‘Udh chali ik koonjh ne saiyo chud babul da dais‘ in program, ‘sandi peera’.

‘Baih kuri mere samnem mein tera geet banawaan’ in program, ‘mehkan tandaan’.

Sunny was honoured for his amazing performance by the very famous movie Star Mister Sunil Dutt during his visit to DAV College for women.

Sunny was born on August 18 1967 at Ferozpur Punjab. He was graduated from RSD College, Punjab. He came to Toronto in 1996 and has been singing professionally along with his career.

In Canada Sunny has been the guest for many television and radio shows such as “Sursagarr”. His talents include singing various genres such as Ghazals, Geets and all kinds of poetry of famous poets like
Onkar Preet, Kalwander Kheera,Paramjit Dhillon,Surinder Sohal Simran Maan, Hardyiaal Kaishe, Pramjeet Dhillon, Rimpi Jassowal,  Mandeep Aujla, Ustad Rajinder Raj and many others.

Besides being an amazing singer, Sunny has talent for stage plays. He has performed various plays in Rose theater, Brampton and at Celebration Square, Mississauga (Canada). He has performed all kinds of serious, comedic and religious roles. Sunny has performed in many famous plays and is known for his famous lead role as ‘Bulla’ for the Punjabi play ‘Bulleh’.
