With the recent influx of Punjabi artists from North America hitting the airwaves, Ricky Jatt is now joining the ranks of a few other artists who have come out with professional releases this year - check out the cover version of Kangna Here!

Ricky, a Washington, DC native, collaborated with talented pianist Raashi Kulkarni to craft a cover to the hit song 'Kangna', originally produced by Dr Zeus and sung by Master Rakesh.

Ricky's cover has an east meets west vibe as it includes acoustic guitar, bass guitar, keys and drums complimented by Ricky's raw and traditional Punjabi vocals. Ricky has a particular interest in exploring areas of music that have not been explored in the past by Punjabi vocalists.

The video was shot in Washington, DC and visually captures all the musical elements that make up this track. The track & video were released simultaneously on the memorable day of 12/12/12 and have begun to pick up worldwide attention in just a matter of days.
