It is with great honour and pride that we announce Balbir Singh from 'Bhujhangy Group' as being part of the 2019 edition of the Guinness World Book of Records for 'The only UK Bhangra artist to be performing continuously since 1967'.

Balbir has previously been in the Guinness book in 2001, 2005 and 2011 for 'The pioneers of Bhangra music in the UK' and 'Longest lasting Bhangra member to be in the industry'. So, making the 2019 edition fills Mr Singh up with great gratification. There is clearly no stopping him and his whole family and close friends are extremely proud of Mr Singh's accomplishments.

Balbir has dedicated majority of his life to performing and promoting Bhangra. Through the struggles life, situations and people have thrown his way, he's powered through, making each point a lesson learnt. All hurdles faced have made him stronger and even more determined to not give up, including the passing of his brother, with whom he began 'Bhujhangy Group'.
