The trailer for the emotional rollercoaster tale that is Panga has just released, mounting curiosity around the unusual storyline of Jaya, performed by the enigmatic Kangana Ranaut, a middle-class Indian woman and a forgotten kabaddi world champion who catalyses an inner desire to give a new meaning to her existing role as a wife and mother.
Produced by Fox Star Studios, Panga releases 24th January and also stars Jassie Gill, Neena Gupta, and Richa Chadha in lead roles. The film is helmed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari who also directed Bareilly Ki Barfi and Nil Batey Sannata (her debut) which was screened at in international film festivals like the Marrakech International Film Festival and the Cleveland International Film Festival and the BFI London Film Festival.
Ahead of the Panga trailer launch, Kangana Ranaut is seen in pictures below sitting at the ticketing booth, all set for passengers to come and ask her for tickets to their desired destination.
