Actress Esha Deol swears that her role in the forthcoming Ankahee has been one of her toughest to date. She was heard saying that mommy Hema Malini used to be worried sick while she was shooting for the flick as Esha used to constantly be in a state of depression. The actress used to get nervous attacks and nightmares. Hema and Esha’s sister Ahaana decided that after the shooting of the film, the family will take a week’s holiday to get Esha out of the horrific mindset.

UTV’s new production yet to be titled, starring Saif Ali Khan and Priyanka Chopra seeks to capture the triumphant human spirit against a backdrop of soccer. Directed by Vivek Agnihotri, the film will be shot entirely in Europe during the 2006 FIFA World Cup.

The film boasts a big cast, which is yet to be completed and it will be the cult film of 2007.

Bollywood's leading male actor, Shah Rukh Khan, will play the coach of a girls' field hockey team in a new Hindi film to be produced later this year.

The film is inspired by the 2002 crossover hit ``Bend It Like Beckham,'' in which the daughter of conservative Sikh parents living in London rebels against tradition by playing on a soccer team, the New Delhi Television web site said. ``Chak De,'' or ``Go For It,'' as the film is tentatively titled, deals with how Khan's character pushes a mediocre field hockey team to victory.
