Upcoming Punjabi Film Kuknoos

Kuknoos, a film which will be releasing soon has started creating waves. The first poster of this forthcoming film was released during the finale of PTC Mr.Punjab.

The Promo Was Released On 14th Of Feb And Here’s All We Know About This Upcoming Flick Titled Kuknoos :

1) According to folk tales, Kuknoos is a bird reflecting hope, as it never dies. Its generation goes on welcoming death happily and has the power to destroy evil by spreading fragrance even after death.

2) Kuknoos is the story of a Sikh boy and a Hindu girl during the era of 1980s.

3) The lead actors of this movie are Nav Bajwa who was also seen in Rupinder Handa’s recent song. The female lead is played by debutante Roshni Sahota who has been a part of main stream TV serials like Nadaan Parindey Ghar Aaja, Badtamiz Dil and Krishan Kanhaiya.

4) The film has been directed by the unique vision holder Mukesh Gautam who had previously given us Punjabi movies like Ek Noor (2011) and Akhiyaan Udeekdian (2009).He is the proud father of Bollywood actress Yami Gautam and is currently the vice president of the PTC Punjabi network which he acquired in 2008.

5) This movie has been specifically made for the television audience.

6) The motion poster and the promo have been designed and edited by international award winning filmmaker Jasraj Singh Bhatti of Mad Arts, Jaspal Bhatti Film School.

7) Kuknoos is PTC Punjabi’s first feature film and is very close to Ms.Rajiee Shinde’s heart. She had even expressed her sentiment on social media for this movie .

8) The movie features actors like Viraj Kapoor, Nikeet Kaur Dhillon, Yograj Singh, Rana Ranbir, Dilpreet Virk, Narinder Nina, Goni Sagoo and more.

9) Kuknoos has been scripted by Pali Bhupinder and the music for this film is done by Atul Sharma.

10) The film is scheduled for worldwide release on 6th of March 2016.
