All uk artists mainly speak english, dress english. Jaz dhamis punjabi was decent on brit asia interview but again they struggle some times. JK's punjabi seems good at shows. I saw a singer called gurdeep gogi perform at a wedding last week. He only spoke in punjabi and his lyrics when talking were proper desi. The uk singers will never match up to the standards of the india vocalists and thats a fact.
