This young funky dj at just 22 is South Africa’s first Indian female Club dj spinning everything from funky house, R&B, commercial and Bhangra! Roxxi’s versatility in music has created opportunities for her career that she never dreamed possible and in essence her talents are certainly gaining international interest with her formidable selection.

Roxxi is not only a dj but is a music producer as well, currently working on her debut album to be released in 2008 (Watch this space for more info). In 2007 Roxxi was selected to play onboard the Axe jet to Ibiza, Playing at Ibiza’s top clubs with South Africa’s top dj’s. 2007 was a year where Roxxi made her mark securing a management deal with India's top artist agency.

With magazine, TV and newspaper interviews Dj roxxi is certainly gaining a lot of media interest.  Yet her achievements of this magnitude wasn't an overnight success but rather endless nights of struggle and strife trying to carve a niche for herself within a male dominated industry.

Roxxi has gone from strength to strength picking up many accolades along the way.  Her professionalism, talent, burning ambition and determination
have resulted in Dj Roxxi been looked up to as not only a role model for the general youth but for young women every where.

Dj Roxxi was selected as cosmopolitan magazines top 30 awesome women of 2006 which highlights young women making a mark in their respective field.  She was also selected as a real life feature for the Seventeen magazine as well as Standard Banks Young Woman Achiever in 2006. She also dj's and mc-s for corporate and private functions.

Her future looks promising and busy for Roxxi as she has her sights set in her own radio show, dj school and record label.  From Djing, mc-ing, music producing and acting, Roxxi is bound to blow up 2008 with her vibrant funky energy on the South African entertainment industry.
