4Play Recordings Ltd are proud to announce the release of ?Bas Kar? by Ominous DJ?s. The album is available from all good record shops and via digital download on the 19th September through iTunes, Play.com, Amazon and eMusic.

Ominous DJs are back once again to take the centre stage of the bhangra scene.

Spearheaded by founder Rek, they have taken considerable time in producing this album to ensure they bring you a unique blend of music.

The album does not fit the genre bhangra in its entirety. Styles incorporated include UK Garage, bolly-pop, hip hop and funky house blended with the Ominous touch.

The album features a selection of household names. Sharmilla, Master Saleem, Lehmber Hussainpuri, Rafaqat Ali Khan, Kuldeep Manak and not forgetting 4Play?s newest recruit Jati Cheed. A young vocalist born and bred in the UK, tipped by many to have the potential to reach acclaimed heights.

The video medley features two tracks ?Rumaal? sung by Jati Cheed and ?Bas Kar? sung by Sharmilla. Check out the video, but more importantly buy the album. To listen to samples of the full album check out www.4playrecordings.co.uk www.youtube.com/4playrecordings www.myspace.com/4playrecordings

Scumbags? Charming! :cheer:

We hold no grudges with anyone, and we have supported this album and release just as we would do with the many other albums we cover. We were sent the video by 4Play Recordings along with the album info and everything has been put up promptly :cheer:. The album has been under our upcoming section (front page) for a few weeks too.

In fact we were first given information on this release a long long time ago by Ominous Dj\'s themselves.

Maybe its a case of a number of artist and record labels around in the asian music scene (not 4play or ominous djs) holding a grudge against simplybhangra.com as we are in the minority of media outlets who do NOT brown nose labels and artists for \'exclusives\' in exchange for not telling the truth about sub par albums.

We tell it how it is and will continue todo so irrespective or who we upset with out unbiased views :cheer:

Was every 1 on dese omionous ppl use the same beats what da hell lol
first tune sounds preety sik the uk has a shortage of decent punjabi singers dis geezer sounds aite if you watch the making of the video he does a lil free style which sounds pretty sik
The second track sounds sikkkk Bas Kar Bas Kar, no 1 has even tried it afta the legend Bindrakhia sang it and i know it will drop on the dance floor wen ppl are sharaabi. You might say ppl will dance 2 any fing wen der drunk well das ur opinion im a dj and i play at weddings and sum clubs down london so i know it will drop coz its got the flow going with it doesnt reali mata if zues produced it stil sounds gud.
4 Play records are aite dey released achanak latest album a few years bak and achanak are gangsta if u dont know who dey are u dont know bhangra
Lastly 1 person was sayin dey used the same beats ova and ova how do u bloody know dey onli released 2 albums which were totally different due to wen dey wer realeased the first one best kept secert was realeased wen MC\'s and garage was big and the second album unfinshed business was realeased wen lember was big and started gettin abused while the music style was going bak to [censored].
I fink der first album was released 2001-2003 period while der second album was released 2005-2006 ish and the industry changed so much
PBN on the other hand uses the same beats oova and ova again he still makes smash hits like aaj meh peeni my best track but he uses the same formula for example nain preeto dey aaj meh peeni, jaan punjabi, jadoo ([censored] version) and aja nachle alsooo dhola veh dhola dont get me wrong der all wiked tracks but im jus saying my point is ominous dj\'s onli have 2 albums and der not reali da same in style
To Sum it all up im just saying w8 for the album to come out den make your decsion if it is crap i also may fink its crap. but give dese guys a chance and hear all of it b4 u start abusing them and the record lable lol B)

I\'ve heard Ominous Dj\'s at a wedding, very impressed natural progression is to become Producers fair play. However I really think DJ\'s should stick to what they\'re good at that\'s Djing! Very few can even play an instrument. Where\'s the REAL talent in this industry? THE REAL TALENT NEVER GETS ANY CREDITATION!!

It is very clear that the [censored]istra tors of this website are pretending to be guests and posting comments, some sort of deep grudge against ominous djs and the record label? Nevermind, people know this place is run by a bunch of scumbags.
