April 2010 sees Envy Entertainment make headlines with Zeus unleashing a 10 track solo album from Punjabi folk singer Sharmilla.

Sharmilla……the personification of Punjabi folk music.

He has entranced the European, North American, and Asian charts with his powerful folk voice, his genius lyrics, complemented by Zeus’ banging urban beats. Sharmilla brings the folk roots of his native Punjab to the forefront of global music culture.

After chart-smashing international success with his debut songs on Zeus’ “Back Unda Da Influence” Sharmilla has roared onto the Punjabi music scene with a bang. Satsiriakaal, Gadiyan and Assi Haan Punjabi soured to the top of every Asian chart worldwide and remained there for record-breaking periods.

Sharmilla’s popularity is ever growing and will surely grow to greater heights with the immanent release of his solo album titled ‘Headline’ produced by master producer Zeus. (Scheduled for Release April 2010).
